Shri P. Vishnuraj IAS (2019 Batch)
Shri P. Vishnuraj IAS, a 2019 batch officer of the Indian Administrative Service (Kerala cadre), is the Director of Department of Industries & Commerce and also holds charge as Special Officer (Plantations), Managing Director of KSIDC . He holds a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering from NIT Calicut, an M.P.M. from JNU, New Delhi, and an LL.M. from NLU, Delhi. He began his public service career as an Indian Forest Service officer in 2018 before joining the IAS, serving in roles such as Assistant Collector, Malappuram, Sub Collector, Ernakulam, Deputy Secretary, PWD, Director, PIEMD, and Director, Sports & Youth Affairs, gaining diverse administrative experience across industries, tourism, sports, plantations, and infrastructure development in Kerala.
